NOTE: The Recalculate Final Grades tool must be run by a teacher from the Teacher Portal. It cannot be run from the Admin Portal with the view-only mode.
- Open the PowerTeacher Pro Gradebook and click on the "Grading" link on the left.
- Click on "Traditional" under 'Grades."
- Click on the "Gear" icon in the upper-right corner. (Make sure the correct reporting term is selected first to the right.)
- Click "Recalculate Final Grades" in the menu.
- By default, "Traditional Final Grades" is selected. Check the box for "Standards Final Grades" to also recalculate them.
- Click the header for "Advanced Options."
- If desired, check the box for "Refresh Assignment Scores (Traditional and Standards)."
- Once checked, also check "Update Existing Standard Scores" to force a recalculation of all standards scores after the assignment scores have been updated.

- Once all of your selections are made, click the green "Recalculate" button at the bottom of the dialog box.
