1.2. Manually Add Test Score Results

Administrators can add standardized test score results to PowerSchool on student records.

NOTE: Most standardized tests are imported countywide by the MAISD PS Support Team in the Fall. If you have more than a handful of test results to enter, please submit a helpdesk ticket so the team can import them all at once.

  1. On a student record, click on "Academic Records" in the left navigation list.
  2. Then, click on "Test Results" in the menu.
  3. Choose the type of test you need to enter in the dropdown list.
  4. On the page that loads, enter the Test Date, Term, and Grade Level of the student at the time the test was administered.
  5. Enter the scores in the appropriate column for each item. Most tests use the "Number" column.
  6. Click "Submit" at the bottom of the page.
