1.2. Manually Add Test Score Results
Administrators can add standardized test score results to PowerSchool on student records.
NOTE: Most standardized tests are imported countywide by the MAISD PS Support Team in the Fall. If you have more than a handful of test results to enter, please submit a helpdesk ticket so the team can import them all at once.
- On a student record, click on "Academic Records" in the left navigation list.
- Then, click on "Test Results" in the menu.
- Choose the type of test you need to enter in the dropdown list.
- On the page that loads, enter the Test Date, Term, and Grade Level of the student at the time the test was administered.
- Enter the scores in the appropriate column for each item. Most tests use the "Number" column.
- Click "Submit" at the bottom of the page.
