1.1. Managing Student ELL Accommodations

- Select a student in the PowerSchool Admin Portal
- Click "Student Profile"
- Click "ELL Accommodations"
Set the Parent/Guardian Communication Language
- Choose the Parent/Guardian Communication Language at the top of the screen.
- Click "Submit"
Attach a District-Level Accommodation to a Student
- Click "Attach Existing"
- Click the radio button next to the accommodation you wish to attach.
- Click "Show Descriptions" to view each accommodation's description.
- Click "Submit"
Delete an Existing Accommodation from a Student
- Click "Delete" on the row of the accommodation you wish to delete.
- Click "Confirm Delete"
Add a Custom Accommodation to a Student
- Click "Add Custom"
- Choose the appropriate Category
- Enter a Name
- Add a Hyperlink (optional)
- Add a Description (Optional. Limit: 4,000 characters.)
- Click "Submit"
Edit an Existing Custom Accommodation
- Click "Edit" on the row of the accommodation you wish to edit.
- Adjust the Category, Name, Link, or Description fields.
- Click "Submit"
